1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using Tennis Network (website or mobile app), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, you may not use our services.

2. User Accounts & Security

You agree to:

  • Provide accurate information (Email, Phone, Name).
  • Maintain the security of your login code.
  • Accept responsibility for all actions under your account.
  • Not share your one-time login codes with others.

3. Acceptable Use Policy

We are a community-focused platform. You agree NOT to:

  • Post content that is sexually explicit, violent, hateful, or harassing.
  • Bully, shame, or intimidate other players or captains.
  • Use the app for illegal activities or gambling.
  • Attempt to manipulate match scores or USTA ratings.

Zero Tolerance for Objectionable Content: We maintain a zero-tolerance policy against objectionable content. Content found to be in violation will be removed immediately, and valid reports of abuse may result in the immediate suspension or permanent banning of the offending user account.

4. Mobile App Usage

When using our Apps:

  • We grant you a revocable, non-exclusive license to use the app on your personal device.
  • You agree to allow the app to use your device's Location Services (when enabled) to find courts/weather.
  • You agree to receive Push Notifications for match alerts (manageable in Settings).

5. SMS & Communications

By providing your phone number, you consent to receive SMS notifications from Tennis Network regarding your team schedule.

  • Frequency: Varies based on team activity (e.g., Lineup requests).
  • Rates: Standard message and data rates may apply.
  • Opt-Out: Reply STOP to any message to unenroll permanently.
  • Help: Reply HELP for assistance.

6. Payments & Financial Terms

Tennis Network facilitates coordination of team dues via third-party platforms (Venmo, PayPal).

  • Tennis Network currently does not process payments directly or hold funds.
  • We are not responsible for disputes regarding team dues, refunds, or transaction failures on third-party platforms.
  • Financial relationships are strictly between the Player and the Team Captain.

7. USTA Integration & Data

  • Tennis Network is a third-party tool and is not affiliated with the USTA.
  • We scrape public TennisLink data as a convenience. You are responsible for verifying official schedules on the USTA website.
  • We are not liable for match defaults resulting from incorrect data or app downtime.

8. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at our discretion, particularly for violations of our Acceptable Use Policy ("Section 3"). You may delete your account at any time via Profile Settings.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

Service is provided "AS IS". We do not guarantee that the match scheduling or weather data will be error-free or uninterrupted.
